Logan Sutherland is my thoughtful reflection of where Ive been and where I intend to go.

Having left my native New Zealand several years ago, I sailed across the Pacific before flying to Brazil. There in a remote north-eastern corner I spent  several months kitesurfing and playing guitar. Spending my days between the beach and writing songs in a hammock, exploring the deeper and lighter side of my environment.

The time soon came however, to move on to the metropolis of Toronto, Canada where I know reside. Here I worked those songs I wrote into the mood that catches those days.

From indie/folk rock roots into a more expansive soundscape. The EP resonates that journey explored, and culminates on where it ended.

Summer

Is the complete love letter to the brightest season of the year. An ode and musical exploration of the emotional home to be found within its long, warm days. Having followed summer around the world for many years I always find comfort in its gentle sights and sounds.

Come With Me

Travel and love is a chaotic combination. Finding someone special on your journey but being unable to take them with you. Needing to leave but wanting to stay. Come With Me is about falling in love just as you are on your way out the door to explore new worlds.

Love Me

Falling in love wrapped in a sonic palette to make you groove. Feeling your heart quicken as you meet that someone who you can lose yourself in. The pull as you lose yourself deeper and rise as you truely feel yourself elevate.
